Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the JustCover.ie Affiliate Programme (“Programme”).1.2. By enrolling as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Programme is open to individuals or entities operating websites, blogs, or platforms relevant to travel, insurance, or related sectors.

2.2. JustCover.ie reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Promotion:

Affiliates must use approved marketing materials provided by JustCover.ie.

Promotion should be conducted ethically, without misleading or false claims.

3.2. Compliance:

Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming, unsolicited communications, or any form of deceptive marketing

3.3. Brand Integrity:

Affiliates must not alter JustCover.ie’s trademarks, logos, or promotional materials without prior consent.

Affiliates should maintain the integrity and reputation of JustCover.ie in all promotional activities.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. Earnings:

Affiliates earn a commission of up to 12% on the base premium of each referred sale, excluding taxes and additional premiums for medical conditions.

4.2. Payment Terms:

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar month

4.3. Cookie Duration:

The Programme uses a 30-day cookie period to track referrals. Sales made within this timeframe from the initial referral are eligible for commission.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by Either Party:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

5.2. Immediate Termination:

JustCover.ie reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Affiliate breaches any terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or conducts actions detrimental to JustCover.ie’s reputation.

5.3. Post-Termination:

Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all JustCover.ie promotional materials from their platforms.

Outstanding commissions up to the termination date will be settled in the next payment cycle, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Affiliates agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared by JustCover.ie, including but not limited to business strategies, customer data, and commission structures.

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1. Limitation of Liability:

JustCover.ie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Programme.

7.2. Indemnification:

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustCover.ie from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of JustCover.ie’s materials.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
