The following keyword restrictions apply to all partners unless explicitly approved in writing by Perfume’s Club:

Brand Bidding Prohibition

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Perfume’s Club branded keywords in search engines, including but not limited to:

  • Perfume’s Club
  • Perfumes Club
  • Perfume’s Club Australia
  • Perfume’s Club Perfume
  • Perfume’s Club Fragrance
  • Perfume’s Club Beauty
  • Perfume’s Club brand name variations and misspellings
  • Perfume’s Club combined with terms such as coupon, discount, code, promo, sale or outlet
  • Perfume’s Club combined with generic commercial intent modifiers

Negative Keyword Requirement

Affiliates running paid search campaigns are expected to implement Perfume’s Club brand terms and related variations as negative exact match keywords within their campaigns.

No Direct Linking

Search advertisements must not link directly to the Perfume’s Club website. All paid search traffic must first be directed to an affiliate owned website containing original and substantial content.

Display URL Restrictions

Affiliates may not use the Perfume’s Club domain, URL variations or brand related domains within paid search display URLs or advertisement copy.

Enforcement

Perfume’s Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reverse commissions, suspend or permanently remove affiliates from the program in the event of non compliance with these policies.

To ensure brand consistency and customer trust, affiliate partners agree to:

  • Represent Perfume’s Club products accurately using approved brand messaging, pricing and imagery.
  • Refrain from promoting misleading offers, unauthorised discounts or expired promotions.
  • Ensure all promotional activity complies with applicable advertising standards and Australian Consumer Law requirements.
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by applicable regulations or platform guidelines.
  • Commission cannot be earned on any tracked orders containing unauthorised voucher codes or promotional offers unless explicitly approved by Perfume’s Club for affiliate use.
  • Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, false claims, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, trademark infringement or fraudulent promotional methods.
  • Traffic generated through malicious software, unauthorised browser extensions, adware or any other non compliant promotional activity is strictly prohibited.
  • All paid search traffic must first be directed to an affiliate owned website or approved promotional environment containing original and substantial content.

Perfume’s Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or reverse commissions associated with non compliant activity, reject transactions deemed fraudulent, cancelled, duplicated or in breach of program policies, request clarification regarding promotional methods or traffic sources, and suspend or permanently remove partners from the program in cases of policy violations or suspicious activity.
