6.2 Product Feeds Updates We regularly update our product feeds to match the latest market trends. It is your responsibility to keep a check and maintain accurate prices to avoid any problems.

6.3 Voucher Codes • Our affiliates may only use voucher codes provided to them through the interface. • In case of non-compliance, any sales generated through non authorized voucher codes is subjected to review with the possibility of commission decline. • The issuance of voucher codes is subject to their terms and expiry dates. 6.4 Copy RoyalBathrooms.co.uk requires prior approval of copy that is appearing in online or offline media.

6.5 Use of iFrames and Masked URL’s Affiliates should not mask our URL or use an iframe for our website.

6.6 PPC (Pay Per Click) • We permit PPC affiliates from all search networks however, bidding on our brand name Royal Bathrooms, or similar is not permitted. • Any use of bidding on terms with similar brand name promotion codes is subject to prior approval.

6.7 Affiliates Suitability Check and Approval • We reserve the right to approve, decline or refuse any affiliate request after a suitability check. • All affiliates are requested to provide a functional URL for approval.

7. PPC Publishers are entitled to full commission, if publishers: • Promote our products through PPC. (Limited to CSS partners) (no brand name bidding) • For any search activity on Google, Bing or Yahoo for the sales generated. • Add brand name into a negative keywords list. Publishers are NOT entitled to full commission, if publishers • Use our brand name in their display URL. • Use our brand name in paid search, title, or descriptions • Where publishers display ads for displaying search results with brand name variations as search keywords. • Display of the ads for misspellings of the brand name entered as search keyword query. • Display ads when a brand name is entered with another word. • If Publishers directly link to our website from search engines. Please note that • The sale from the publisher (PPC) is not eligible for commission for the keywords brand name, misspelling, or similar terms. ROYALBATHROOMS.CO.UK 4 • The full commission is entitled where publishers place shopping ads on search engines directly linking to our website. • Placing ads on the search engine as a comparison shopping service needs to be tracked in publisher-specific accounts.

8. Transactions Please note that • Commission is paid on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied • The transaction value on which commission is paid excludes VAT or any other taxes. • The transaction value for the commission excludes packaging and delivery charges. • The credit card fee does not count towards transaction value for commission purposes. • All products/categories are eligible for commission. Possible reasons for the commission decline include • Any sales generated through unauthorized or non-affiliate voucher codes are subject to our review with the possibility to commission alterations or decline. • The commission is not paid for any order cancellations, returned orders, misuse, Breach of program terms and conditions, Out-of-stock items, Duplicate order, or unauthorized voucher code.

9. Branding It is the responsibility of the affiliates to ensure that they use the most up to date Royal Bathrooms logo and branding for the promotion of our products. You can get in touch with us if you need any help regarding it. Please note that any changes/alterations in the logo are not permissible.

We have the right to deny any such activity where Royal Bathrooms is promoted alongside an adult or age restricted content.
