Caledonian Travel’s short breaks & holidays range from two-day weekend breaks to 15-day touring holidays including seaside getaways and city breaks to family attractions, box office, and sporting events.
Caledonian Travel is driven by an expansion of the brand from its Scottish heartlands into northern England with departure points throughout Scotland, the North East & Yorkshire. The company operates over 70 high-quality, environmentally friendly coaches along with an industry-leading team of trusted drivers and representatives.

Recall period/attribution period; Last-click attribution, commission paid on departure date (30-day cookie length for tracking)
Agency bookings are not commissionable and will be rejected as "sale attributed to other channel"
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are only offered to direct customers (no agents or organisations) so are not commissionable.

Program agreement

Caledonian Travel Programme Terms & Conditions
As part of Caledonian Tarvel’s affiliate programme, you are bound to the following agreement in which “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Caledonian Tarvel and “you”, “your” and “yours” refers to the affiliate.

  1. We reserve the right to cancel any new or existing affiliate partnerships if we determine your site is unsuitable for our program, including if it:
    1. Promotes illegal activities
    2. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, age or disability
    3. Promotes violence
    4. Promotes sexually explicit materials
    5. Incorporates materials which infringe copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights
    6. Includes “Caledonian Travel” or variations or misspellings in its domain name
    7. Contains software that enables diversion of commission from other affiliates
    8. Resembles the Caledonian Travel website in a way that may mislead customers
  2. Affiliates must use banner creatives and tracking codes provided by Caledonian Travel in order for us to accurately track customer data and commissions.
    1. Caledonian Travel reserves the right to review creative placement at any time and approve the use of links. Caledonian Travel may require existing placements to be changed or removed.
    2. It is your responsibility to ensure you have express permission to use any copyrighted material (whether it be writing, imagery, video or sound). We are not responsible if you use copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation or the law or any third-party rights.
  3. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this agreement. We may notify you of any changes to you site which we recommend and supply appropriate links to our website.
    1. Caledonian Travel reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your participation in the Caledonian Travel affiliate programme without notice should fraudulent or abusive behaviour be detected. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Caledonian Travel shall not be liable for any commission on fraudulent sales.
    2. This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will continue unless terminated. Caledonian Travel may end this agreement at any time with or without cause by giving the other party written notice in the form of mail or email.
  4. Caledonian Travel may modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and commission levels. Your continued participation in the Caledonian Travel affiliate programme following the posting of the change notice will indicate your agreement to the changes.
  5. Caledonian Travel use the affiliate network Tradedoubler to handle all tracking and payment. Please review the network terms and conditions for agreements relating to payments.
  6. Caledonian Travel will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contact, negligence, tort, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages.
  7. All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, technical, financial and customer information, disclosed during the effective term if this agreement will remain the sole property of the disclosing party and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission.
  8. You agree you are an independent contractor and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and Caledonian Travel.
  9. You may not amend or waive any provision of this agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties. The agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Caledonian Travel and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications, oral or written.
  10. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the intent of the parties is effectuated, and the remainder of this agreement shall have full force and effect.
  11. By Promoting Caledonian Travel Affiliates, you accept our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the keyword bidding policy. Tradedoubler and Caledonian Travel Affiliates reserve the right to remove sales and commissions from any affiliate found in breach of this policy.
