Participation in this program is subject to the following search policy requirements.

Partners may only bid on generic, non-branded keywords.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Bidding on brand terms, including but not limited to: Armani, Giorgio Armani, Armani Beauty, etc.
  • Bidding on brand variations, misspellings, abbreviations, or combinations of brand terms.
  • Bidding on branded product names, including but not limited to: My Way, Sì, Acqua di Giò, and any other branded product names.
  • Using brand names in paid search ad copy, display URLs, ad extensions, or similar placements.
  • Any activity that may compete with the advertiser's own branded search strategy.

Participation in Google Shopping/CSS activity is permitted only when focused on generic, non-branded search terms.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the program.
