Vape and Go is a UK-based online vape shop built for adult customers (18+) who want a fast, reliable way to buy vapes online. We pride ourselves on competitive pricing, a price match guarantee, free UK delivery on orders over £35, and same-day dispatch up to 8 PM, 7 days a week. Customers can also earn and redeem reward points through our Rewards Club.

Returns Policy (summary):

  • Unwanted items or full orders can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Customers must notify us within 14 days of purchase, and returned items must reach us within 14 days of the returns form being issued.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes and refill pods once opened — unless faulty or sent in error. Sealed items must remain unsealed to be eligible for return.
  • E-liquids cannot be returned (even if unopened/sealed) unless we sent the wrong item, as we can't verify tampering. We don't accept returns based on disliking a flavour.
  • Disposable e-cigs are not covered by warranty (consumable, oral, hygiene reasons); puff counts are a manufacturer guide.
  • Order cancellations: there's a 20-minute window after ordering to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, customers can cancel within 14 days of arrival but must return the goods before a refund is issued.
  • Refunds (including delivery costs, capped at our cheapest delivery option) are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. Faulty or not-as-described items are refunded in line with statutory rights.
