  - Why Should Affiliates Join?
    The Ginger Ray affiliate programme gives affiliates the opportunity to promote a recognisable celebration brand with a strong range of visually appealing and seasonal products. The product range is particularly suited to content creators, event and lifestyle publishers, social publishers and affiliates targeting customers planning parties, weddings and other celebrations.
  - Commission Structure
    Affiliates will receive commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links, subject to the programme's terms and validation process. Commission rates may vary by publisher type or activity where applicable.
  - Cookie Length
    30 days.
  - Recall Period
    45 days.

- Terms & Conditions
  - PPC Policy – Closed

PPC activity is not permitted. Affiliates must not bid on brand, trademark or generic keywords or run paid search advertising promoting the programme

- - De-duplication
    Commission is paid only on the last eligible affiliate referral. Duplicate commissions will not be paid.
  - Validation Policy
    All transactions are subject to validation. Commissions may be declined or reversed for cancelled, refunded, returned, duplicate or fraudulent orders.
  - Voucher Codes
    Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been approved for affiliate use.
  - Brand Usage
    Affiliates must not use Party Delights or Ginger Ray trademarks, brand names or domains without prior approval.
  - Program Compliance
    Affiliates must comply with the programme terms and applicable advertising regulations. Non-compliant activity may result in commissions being declined and/or removal from the programme.
