Prowizja partnerska zostanie przyznana dopiero po zatwierdzeniu sprzedaży przez Grupę Lufthansa. Zazwyczaj większość transakcji sprzedaży jest akceptowana po upływie 60 dni od daty zakupu. Jednak bilety, które pozwalają na jakiekolwiek zmiany lub anulowanie, mają okres ważności do 395 dni od daty rezerwacji i dopiero po zakończeniu lotów. Anulowane i zwrócone bilety nie kwalifikują się do wynagrodzenia. Wymienione bilety również tracą prawo do wynagrodzenia.
