Program-Specific Terms and Conditions for the Robert Bosch Power Tools Partner Program – Effective 11.11.2025

In addition to the Tradedoubler Terms and Conditions, which form part of the contract between Tradedoubler AB, Centralplan 15, SE-111 20, Stockholm, Sweden, and additional Tradedoubler parties (hereinafter: "TD") and Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH hereinafter: "Bosch"), the following program-specific terms and conditions apply between TD and the Partner for participation in the Bosch partner program.

§ 1 Structure and Maintenance of the Partner Website

  1. We will provide you, via this platform, with a selection of graphic and text links (“Links”) for contractual use on your website. Only these Links may be used, in an appropriate number and in suitable areas of your website.

The creation of Bosch cookies is only permitted if official Bosch advertising materials are used, visible, and a user has given consent before the cookie is set. Hidden integration of the Bosch online shop for the purpose of setting cookies is prohibited.

The use of iFrames, pop-ups, pop-unders, and advertising layers that load Bosch advertising materials or the online shop and set cookies without the user’s action is prohibited.

Participation in adware networks is also prohibited. Orders triggered by hints from browser plugins or bonus-reward systems are not accepted and such resulting sales will be canceled. Only sales resulting from regular, legitimate marketing activities on your website may be compensated.

The Links may only be integrated into the website whose address (URL) you provided during registration for the Bosch partner program. They identify your website in the partner network and connect it to ours.

  1. Our technical instructions for installing and maintaining the Links must be followed. Only the Links provided by Bosch may be used to ensure correct tracking. Replace editorial content regularly if we provide updates.
  2. Crawling of the Bosch website is prohibited.
  3. You are solely responsible for maintaining your website. While using our Links, you must regularly update product information and check at least weekly for required updates.
  4. The following publisher models / advertising formats are excluded (a valid legal notice/imprint is required):
    • Websites containing pornography, violence, insults, extremist or youth-endangering content
    • Websites installing dialers, spyware or containing discriminatory or defamatory statements
    • Websites violating law, good morals, or third-party rights
    • “Doorway Pages” or “under construction” pages without own content
    • Paid mail systems or paid-start pages
    • Banner networks / banner exchanges
    • Typo domains

§ 2 Calculation of Advertising Revenue

  1. Compensation is based solely on revenue from sales of Bosch products where the customer accessed our website via your Link immediately before the purchase. Only completed, delivered, and fully paid orders (minus returns, credit notes, and VAT) are eligible.
  2. We may reclaim commissions for full or partial returns. The partner loses any commission resulting from violations of §1.
  3. Net revenue before returns includes the standard VAT rate.

§ 3 Usage Rights

  1. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the provided Links and advertising materials solely to promote Bosch products. Any alteration of materials is prohibited. Violation allows immediate termination.
  2. Partners using post-view tracking must request approval in advance and sign an additional agreement. Unauthorized use leads to removal from the program and cancellation of transactions.

  1. Only vouchers communicated via the affiliate network, partner newsletter, or the official website may be used. Unauthorized commercial distribution or altering voucher conditions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
  2. Reconciliation requests must be submitted as encrypted Excel files in compliance with GDPR; otherwise, they cannot be processed.
  3. Any use beyond the affiliate program requires written approval. Publishers are responsible for updating advertising materials and product feeds.
  4. Rights under §3(1) expire upon termination.

§ 4 Partner Obligations

  1. You are fully responsible for the setup, operation, data protection compliance, and content of your website.
  2. You indemnify Bosch from any third-party claims resulting from your site’s setup or content.
  3. Your website must not resemble or imply identity with Boschs website.
  4. Regarding SEA (Search Engine Advertising), the following is prohibited:
    • Advertising Bosch through paid search placements (e.g., Google Ads)
    • Using Bosch brand terms or misspellings in ads
    • Bidding on Bosch brand keywords or combinations (e.g., “Bosch discount code”)
    • Displaying Bosch product data in Google Shopping or Merchant Center without approval
    • Using social media accounts containing Bosch brand wording to promote ads
  5. You may not act on behalf of Bosch nor send marketing emails in our or your own name.
  6. Bosch Links may only be placed on approved domains. Domain changes must be announced one month in advance.
  7. You operate your website independently and are responsible for compliance with data protection and cookie storage regulations.
  8. Orders placed by the partner or relatives, or commercial bulk orders, do not receive commissions.
  9. Advertising materials approved for one partner segment may not be used in another.
  10. Use of partner links in toolbars or browser plugins is prohibited. Redirecting users already on the Bosch website to your site via overlays is also prohibited.
  11. Violations may result in immediate termination and cancellation of all pending commissions, plus claims for damages.

§ 5 Contract Changes

  1. We may amend terms at any time and will notify you via email. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  2. The contract is indefinite and may be terminated at any time through the affiliate interface. Upon termination, all Links and advertising materials must be removed within 24 hours.

§ 6 Confidentiality

All business, customer, pricing, and contractual information must remain strictly confidential.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability

We operate our website within technical capability and do not guarantee error-free operation. Liability follows statutory regulations for intentional or gross negligence and personal injury. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this contract. Product liability remains unaffected.
