When applying for affiliate status for the Learning with Experts programme, you agree to the following terms:

Brand guidelines. The brand name must always be written as "Learning with Experts" with a lowercase "with", and may be abbreviated to "LWE" only when space is limited. Affiliates must use approved creative from the platform and must accurately represent the brand, its courses, its tutors, and its institutional partners.

Health claims. Learning with Experts offers courses on type 2 diabetes management and general wellbeing, including courses developed with the Mayo Clinic. Affiliates must only promote health and wellbeing courses as educational in nature. Content relating to type 1 diabetes or diabetes generally (without specifying type 2) is outside the scope of the platform and must be excluded from all promotional activity. All health related promotional content must comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, and affiliates must accurately represent the scope of any NHS or Mayo Clinic partnership as stated on the Learning with Experts website.

Commission and validation. Commission is paid on validated transactions only, calculated on the transaction value excluding VAT, delivery charges, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. Transactions are validated within 30 days of sale. Rates vary by product category and products set at 0% commission are excluded from payouts.

Paid search and brand bidding. Affiliates must keep all paid search activity clear of "Learning with Experts", "LearningWithExperts", "LWE courses", "LWE online", and any misspelling or variation thereof. Affiliates must also keep paid search clear of partner institution names including RHS, Royal Horticultural Society, Mayo Clinic, River Cottage, and Le Gavroche when combined with course related keywords. Violation results in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of pending commissions.

Voucher codes. Only voucher codes supplied or approved via the Tradedoubler voucher tool, API, or in writing may be promoted. Unapproved or expired codes will result in declined commissions and potential removal from the programme.

Cashback. Voucher codes must only be used in conjunction with cashback, loyalty, or rewards schemes where prior written agreement has been given by Learning with Experts.

Content and compliance. All promotional content must comply with the ASA CAP Code and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Learning with Experts in line with ASA and CMA guidance.

Termination. Learning with Experts may remove any affiliate at any time. Upon removal, pending commissions may be forfeited and all creative and tracking links must be removed within 48 hours.

Updates. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance.

Affiliates must also keep paid search clear of partner institution names including RHS, Royal Horticultural Society, Mayo Clinic, River Cottage, Le Gavroche, V&A, and NHS when combined with course related search terms. The words "diabetes" and "diabetes type 1" are restricted and must be excluded from all promotional content and paid search activity. Only "type 2 diabetes" or "diabetes type 2" may be referenced, and only in direct relation to the Thriving with Diabetes Type 2 course. Violation results in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of pending commissions.
