To ensure brand consistency and customer trust, affiliate partners agree to:

  • Represent DJI products accurately using approved brand messaging, current pricing and approved imagery.
  • Refrain from promoting misleading offers, unauthorised discounts or expired promotions.
  • Ensure all promotional activity complies with applicable advertising standards and New Zealand Fair Trading Act requirements.
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by applicable regulations or platform guidelines.
  • Commission cannot be earned on any tracked orders containing unauthorised voucher codes or promotional offers unless explicitly approved by DJI Store New Zealand for affiliate use.
  • Cashback, loyalty or commission claims associated with unauthorised voucher usage, coupon injection technology, browser extensions or non approved promotional methods may be declined at the sole discretion of DJI Store New Zealand.
  • Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, false claims, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, trademark infringement or fraudulent promotional methods.
  • Traffic generated through malicious software, unauthorised browser extensions, adware or any other non compliant promotional activity is strictly prohibited.
  • All paid search traffic must first be directed to an affiliate owned website or approved promotional environment containing original and substantial content.

DJI Store New Zealand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or reverse commissions associated with non compliant activity, reject transactions deemed fraudulent, cancelled, duplicated or in breach of program policies, request clarification regarding promotional methods or traffic sources, and suspend or permanently remove partners in cases of policy violations or suspicious activity.

The following keyword restrictions apply to all partners unless explicitly approved in writing by DJI Store New Zealand:

Brand Bidding Prohibition

Affiliates participating in CSS campaigns are prohibited from bidding on DJI branded keywords in search engines, including but not limited to:

  • DJI
  • DJI Store
  • DJI brand name variations and misspellings
  • DJI combined with terms such as New Zealand, voucher, coupon, code, promo, sale or discount
  • DJI combined with product names, product categories or commercial intent modifiers
  • DJI Store combined with terms such as voucher, coupon, code, promo, sale or discount
  • DJI Store New Zealand and related brand variations

Negative Keyword Requirement

Affiliates running CSS campaigns are expected to implement DJI, DJI Store and related brand terms and variations as negative exact match keywords within their campaigns.

Coupon Keyword Restrictions

For coupon campaigns, affiliates may only use product specific keyword combinations such as:

  • DJI Product XXX voucher
  • DJI Product XXX coupon
  • DJI Product XXX code
  • DJI Product Name voucher
  • DJI Product Name coupon
  • DJI Product Name code

Generic coupon terms such as DJI voucher, DJI coupon, DJI discount code, DJI promo code or DJI Store coupon are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by DJI Store New Zealand.

No Direct Linking

Search advertisements must not link directly to the DJI Store New Zealand website. All paid search traffic must first be directed to an affiliate owned website containing original and substantial content.

Display URL Restrictions

Affiliates may not use the DJI Store New Zealand domain, URL variations or brand related domains within paid search display URLs or advertisement copy.

Enforcement

DJI Store New Zealand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reverse commissions, suspend or permanently remove affiliates from the program in the event of non compliance with these policies.
